The couple we’re featuring in our latest entry is Yuleisy Matos & Carlos Guzman. They were engaged on Valentine’s Day of 2010 at the beautiful River Cafe in Brooklyn, NY.  I met them in early October and we immediately hit it off. I could tell right away that they were full of energy and very enthusiastic about their wedding.

I have to admit, many grooms aren’t very hands on when it comes to wedding planning, but Carlos is an exception to this and definitely wants to be involved. Even though I’ve only known Yuleisy for about two months now, her exceptional personality makes it seem as though I’m not only working with a client, but a close friend as well.

Their wedding will take place @ Leonard’s of Great Neck in May of 2011 and I’m really looking forward to it. Stay tuned for the wedding  pics, but for now take a look at some of their engagement shots taken in Central Park by freelance photographer Kevin Tavarez.
